January 24th is Education Day . Throughout this week, teachers, the school community, and partner institutions share content on social media with the hashtag #Nem1SemProfessor. Whether you are a student, teacher, or partner: record your video, post material about positive and inspiring initiatives, do live broadcasts, promote debates. With this collective movement, we can overcome the bubbles of social media platforms and expand the reach of each and every one of us. Let's show society how important education and careers are for all of us.

My name is Aline Veroneze , I am a journalist and researcher. This Observatory is part of my PhD project in Communication Sciences at the University of Minho , co-supervised by the Lusófona University of Porto and funded by the Foundation for Science and Technology. The proposal was built based on the Brazilian experience, led by the Roberto Marinho Foundation, which brings together 200 institutions giving visibility to initiatives and promoting the strengthening of partnerships and has already reached thousands of users on social networks.
